🔷 Take Up More Space 🔷

Stretch out, the more you spread out your weight, the easier it will be to float. 


🔷 Tilt Your Head Back 🔷

Keep your head back and look up, if you drop your chin you’ll most likely cave in your chest and sink.


🔷 Use Correct Posture 🔷

Roll your shoulders back and make sure your chest is open. 


🔷 Take A Deep Breathe 🔷

Your lungs are 2 giant balloons that help you float, fill them slowly and deeply.
